基于社会网络视角,采用问卷调查法,以124个制造业生产团队为研究对象,对团队网络结构、交互记忆系统与团队绩效的关系进行探讨。实证研究结果表明:团队工具性网络强度与情感性网络强度对交互记忆系统有显著的正向影响;团队网络的非中心度对交互记忆系统有积极影响;交互记忆系统与团队绩效有显著的正向关系,并受到任务不确定性的调节作用。

Based on social network perspective, this paper empirically investigates the relationship of team network structure transactive memory system and team performance. Results show that network density (instrumental and expressive) among team numbers has a positive impact on transactive memory system, as well as decentralization degree of instrumental and expressive network. The impact of transactive memory system and team performance is positive and moderated by task uncertainty.
