墨西哥发展可再生能源新政策探析

Analysis of the New Policy on the Development of Renewable Energy in Mexico

墨西哥拥有丰富的可再生能源,其发电潜力巨大。新《电力产业法》结构性地改变了墨西哥全国电力行业格局,改革开放电力市场,优先考虑可再生能源发电的政策对墨西哥可再生能源发展具有里程碑意义。虽然,墨西哥可再生能源投资前景可观,但仍然面临着经济、技术、制度和社会等方面的障碍与挑战。分析研究墨西哥发展可再生能源的新政策,对我国实施“走出去”战略具有重要价值。

Abstract:

Mexico has abundant renewable energy, which makes its potential of electricity generation huge. Giving priority to the fact that the policy of renewable energy generation is of landmark significance for the development of renewable energy in Mexico, A new law((the “Electricity Law”) of Electricity Industry reforms and opens up the electricity market and structurally changes the pattern of the national electric power industry in Mexico. Although investment in renewable energy has considerable prospect in Mexico, it is still faced with the barriers and challenges in the aspects of economy, technical, system, society and so on. It is of great value for China’s implementation of the “going out” strategy to analyze the new policy on the development of renewable energy in Mexico.
