基于胜任特征模型的研究型大学科研校长评价体系研究

Research on the Evaluation System of the Research-oriented President in Research University Based on the Competence Model

摘要:

在创新型国家战略不断推进的背景下,研究型大学在国家科研事业中的地位越来越重要；与此同时,研究型大学科研校长的作用也日益突出,对科研校长评价关系到学校科研绩效的提高以及校科研事业的发展。本研究针对我国研究型大学科研校长评价中存在的评价指标雷同、评价指标宽泛、评价主体相对单一、评价方法比较简单等问题,然后在对国内研究型大学现行的科研校长评价内容与方法进行深入剖析的基础上,构建了研究型大学科研校长的胜任特征模型,并将该模型运用到科研校长的考核评价过程之中,为我国科研校长以及其他岗位领导干部的考评方法提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Under the background of carrying forward the innovative national strategy, the status of research universities in the national scientific research career is more and more important. At the same time, the role of research-oriented president has become an increasingly important and the significance of evaluation of research-oriented president is also growing. Aiming at the problems existing in evaluation system of research-oriented president, such as the same evaluating indicator, the broad evaluating indicator, relatively single evaluation subject and relatively sample evaluation method, we construct the competency model of research-oriented president in research university based on analyzing the content and mothed of the evaluation system of research-oriented president. Then we apply the competency model to the process of evaluation, and provide reference to method of check and evaluation of research-oriented president and other posts of leading cadres.
