基于共同前沿模型的中国区域生态效率差异研究

摘要:

文章在构建区域生态效率评价指标体系基础上,基于共同前沿模型提出了评估区域生态效率差异的定量方法,并对中国2002年-2013年30个省份生态效率进行了测度分析。结果表明：考察期内中国生态效率总体偏低,但呈现缓慢改善的趋势；在不同前沿模型下,中国大多数省市生态效率表现差异明显；区域生态效率差距巨大,东部地区生态效率最高,中西部地区处于缓慢改善过程中,全国范围内的产业统筹将有助于缩小东部与中西部地区之间的差距。

Abstract:

The paper brings forward a method to evaluate the difference of regional Eco-Efficiency (EE) based on meta-frontier model and indicator system, and evaluates the EE of Chinese 30 provinces in 2002-2013. The results show that the average EE of china is lower, which is becoming better. In different frontier models, many provinces in china show significantly different EE, and the EE difference among provinces is very obvious, which shows the eastern has higher EE, the middle and western have lower and are improving. So, the industry coordination policy in whole country will help to bridging the Gap between Eastern and Midwestern.
