当前,知识产权在区域经济发展和竞争力提升作用日益重要,尤其在国家高新区的发展过程中体现较为明显。依据汤森路透全球创新100强报告和科技部火炬中心发布的国家高新区创新发展报告,亚洲的知识产权创造更加活跃,我国高新区的知识产权表现相对突出。基于2012年度的统计数据,运用回归分析法对知识产权与国家高新区创新发展之间的关系进行了定量分析,初步判断其中存在相关性,但也有一定的不确定性。在实现创新驱动发展战略的背景下,充分释放知识产权这类智慧资产,有利于更好依靠科技创新推动国家高新区创新发展。

Nowadays, intellectual property has become ever more important in regional economic development and in raising competitiveness, especially for National High-Tech Industrial Development Zones. According to Top 100 Global Innovators issued by Thomson Reuters and Report of Innovation and Development for China"s National High-tech Industrial Development Zones issued by China"s Torch High Technology Industry Center, intellectual property production has become more and more active in Asia, and especially so in National High-Tech Industrial Development Zones. Based on statistics from 2012, using regression analysis methods, this paper conducts quantitative analysis on statistics of intellectual property and of the innovative development of National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, and comes to the conlusion that the two are loosely revelant. Under the strategy of innovation-driven development, National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone would be better developed if the bonus of intellectual capitals such as intellectual property were to be released.
