在梳理相关文献的基础上,构建了后发企业实施破坏性创新战略的竞争优势理论框架,以小米公司为例,从内在价值网络和外在生态系统的层面分析了后发企业实施破坏性创新战略的竞争优势,阐述了小米手机如何建立起自身的竞争优势,其研究意义不仅在于进一步验证了破坏性创新理论,而且是对破坏性创新理论的有效补充和发展,以期为我国后发企业如何实施破坏性创新战略提供一些启示。

On the basis of summarizing related literatures,this article puts forward the analytical framework of disruptive innovation’s competitive advantages for the entrant enterprises.The article regards Xiaomi Company as a case to analyze the disruptive innovation’s competitive advantages for the entrant enterprises from the internal value network and the external ecosystem.The article expounds the mobile phone of xiaomi how to set up their own competitive advantages.The article significance lies in not only further verifing the theory of disruptive innovation, but also making an effective supplement and development for the theory of disruptive innovation,and in order to provide some references for Chinese entrant enterprises that how to implement the disruptive innovation.
