系统论视角下煤炭行业两化融合发展测度研究

Research on Integration of Informationization and Industrialization Development Measure of Coal Industry from System Theory Perspective

摘要:

不断完善煤炭行业两化融合发展评估指标体系，深入分析行业两化融合发展阶段和趋势，是推进煤炭行业两化融合的一项基础性工作。在山西省软科学研究资助项目的支持下，以系统论为视角，解析两化融合发展的内在机理，构建煤炭行业两化融合发展系统评价指标体系，采用基于隶属度的AHP-FCE评价法，对煤炭行业2008-2014年两化融合发展进行考察和测度，对发展水平与发展能力进行科学的评价，挖掘发展能力与水平之间存在的互动关系，为行业两化融合评估工作提供方法。

Abstract:

Constantly improve the evaluation system of integration of informationization and industrialization of coal industry development, in-depth analysis of industial integration system’s development stages and trends, the coal industry is to promote the integration basic work. In support of Shanxi soft science projects funded，from the perspective of system theory, the article analyze the internal mechanism of the integration development,build the system evaluation index of the integration of coal industry development, use membership-based evaluation method of AHP-FCE, inspect and measure the coal industrial integration development from 2008 to 2014 and scientific evaluate the development level and development capacity, mining interaction between ability and level, provide methods to the coal industrial integration of informationization and industrialization assessment study.
