建设中国特色科技创新智库体系的思路与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Construction of Science and Technology, Innovation Think-tank System with Chinese Characteristics

本文在国内外科技创新智库建设现状和特点研究的基础上,分析我国科技创新智库建设面临的形势与需求。探索建立和完善发展中国特色的科技创新智库体系需要从顶天立地、系统布局、创新体制机制、强化支持四个方面入手,提出培育中国特色科技创新智库及建设智库体系的五点思路与建议。

Abstract:

Based on the study of the status quo and characteristics of domestic and foreign S T,I think-tanks, the paper analyzes the Chinese situation and demands for the S T,I think-tanks. It explore four aspect to establish and prefect the S T,I think-tank system with Chinese characteristics. And it present five thoughts and suggestions for the construction of S T,I think-tanks and the think tank systems.
