随着国民经济的快速发展，大众旅游需求旺盛的背后已逐渐显露出旅游后勤服务的滞后。由于商贸物流对现代旅游具有重要的后勤保障作用，同时旅游产业的繁荣又促进了物流产业向新领域不断拓展。因此，研究现代旅游与商贸物流两大产业间的相互融合，有利于彼此的可持续发展。本文不仅阐述了两大产业间融合的必要性及可行性,更着重结合郑州发展旅游物流的优势，从旅游物流的营销、资金系统、电子商务、绿色旅游物流等多方面阐释了科技创新引导旅游与物流产业升级融合的发展路径。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of national economy, the behind of the strong demand of mass tourism has gradually revealed the lag of logistics services of Tourism. Because the business logistics has an important role in logistics of modern tourism, at the same time, the prosperity of tourism industry can promote the logistics industry expand to new fields. Therefore, research on mutual confluence between modern tourism and commerce logistics, is conducive to the sustainable development of each other. This article not only expounds the necessity and feasibility of fusion between the two industries, but also focuses on the development advantages of Zhengzhou tourism logistics, and illustrates the ways of tourism industry convergence and industry upgrading by the guide of the innovation of science and technology, from the tourist marketing, financial system, the electronic commerce of logistics, green logistics aspects.
