农村创新创业人才特征与培养研究*

Research on the Qualities and Training of Rural#$NBSInnovative Entrepreneurs

摘要:

农村创新创业人才在促进农村经济发展、农业产业化和农民增收进程中发挥着重要作用,研究其素质特征及培养中的困难,对于提升农村劳动力素质和促进农民转移就业及创业具有重要意义。本文基于对陕西关中农村转移就业者和创新创业人才的调查数据,运用问卷调查和Logistic回归分析法,探讨农村创新创业人才的素质特征,认为农村创新创业人才的培养应以此为依据建立培养目标；并从文化程度、家庭人口、就业创业的区域和领域、教育培训需求程度、培训费用和学习机会等方面剖析了当前农村创新创业人才培养中的困难及影响因素。最后提出统筹城乡教育资源,完善农村教育培训体系和创新农村人才培养模式的改进建议。

Abstract:

The Rural creative talents in promoting rural economic development, agricultural industrialization and farmers" income plays an important role in the process, to study the quality characteristics and the difficulties in training to improve quality of rural labor force and promote farmers transfer employment and entrepreneurship is of great significance. In this paper, based on the shaanxi guanzhong countryside shift workers and innovative entrepreneurial talent of survey data, using the questionnaire survey and the Logistic regression analysis, the features of rural innovative entrepreneurial talent quality, think rural innovative entrepreneurial talent training should be established based on training objectives; From cultural level, family population, employment and entrepreneurship areas and areas, degree of education training needs, training and learning opportunities the difficulties in the analysis of the current rural creative talents cultivation and influence factors. Finally put forward the overall urban and rural education resources, improve the rural education training system and innovation of rural talent cultivation model of Suggestions for improvement.
