科技企业孵化器与在孵企业协同度评价研究

Research on the Synergy Development Evaluation between Technology Business Incubator and Start-ups——a Case Study on Hebei National Technology Incubation System

通过系统回顾科技企业孵化系统协同发展现状,发现有关科技企业孵化器与在孵企业协同发展的研究比较匮乏。基于协同理论,构建了科技企业孵化器与在孵企业协同度模型。以河北省国家级科技企业孵化系统为案例,对科技企业孵化器与在孵企业的协同度进行了实证研究。最后,从组织结构与部门职能关系、资源保障和管理机制等三个方面给出了提升两者协同发展水平的对策建议。

Abstract:

Through a systematic review of the synergy development status quo of technology business incubation system, we found that the research on the synergy development between technology business incubator and start-ups is relatively scarce. In this paper, we constructed the synergy degree model between technology business incubator and start-ups based on synergy theory. And then, we conducted empirical research for the synergy degree between technology business incubator and start-ups with national technology business incubation system of Hebei province for example. Lastly, we put forward some countermeasures to improve the synergy development level between technology business incubator and start-ups from three aspects, which include organizational structure and departmental functions, resource security and management mechanism.
