Based on the perspectives of consumer demands, this paper redefined the customer value chain, and then presents some specific strategies and methods on how to exploit the opportunities of innovation. Finally, some examples were used to illustrate the feasibility of these strategies and methods, aiming to promote innovation ability of businesses and enhance its competitiveness.
