提要：近年来,我国在创新政策的实践方面取得了长足进步,创新政策的数量大大增加,质量也不断提升,有力促进了我国创新的发展。然而,一些问题也暴露出来,如创新政策的理论研究滞后、规范性不够、法律化进程缓慢等。我国创新政策亟待转型,加强政策理论研究,更加重视运用需求面创新政策,加强对创新政策的评估,推进立法进程等。
