The Analysis of the Dual-Use Technology Integration of the Emerging Industry and some Suggestions to GuangDong

摘要:

本文从技术转移的基本理论入手,对现有军民两用技术融合的研究成果进行回顾,讨论在当前全球产业变革加速和国内加快实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下军民两用技术融合的重大意义,提出在新兴产业领域加快推进军民两用技术融合的观点。并基于广东战略性新兴产业的发展现状,对广东如何抓住新兴产业的发展契机以促进军民两用技术融合提出具体的对策建议。

Abstract:

This paper based on the theory of technology transfer, reviewing the existing dual-use technologies research and summarizing the actual meaning and institutional mechanisms of the dual-use technologies. This paper also discuss a background that the current global and domestic industrial revolution accelerates vigorously as so as China’s innovation-driven development strategy, and proposes to accelerate the process of integration of dual-use technology in emerging industries. At the end, this paper give some advices of how to develop the Guangdong’s dual-use technologies while the emerging industry has been promoted.
