关于我国国家科技报告服务模式的探索

Study on Service Models of National Science and Technology Report Service in China

摘要:

国家科技报告系统经过近2年的建设已初步成型,目前正处在发展完善阶段。国家科技报告系统以何种方式为广大用户提供高质量的服务成为当前需要考虑的关键问题。本文通过系统调研当今世界主流的文献信息服务模式和文献开发利用模式,并借鉴美国科技报告系统的成功运营经验,结合国家科技报告系统的实际情况,提出了我国国家科技报告系统的文献信息服务模式和文献开发利用模式的建设思路。

Abstract:

After nearly 2 years of construction, National Science and Technology Report Service (NSTRS) in China has been formed preliminarily,and now it has been at the stage of development. The key issue of NSTRS is what models would be used to provide high- quality services for all of these users. The paper, combined with the practice of NSTRS, puts forward the thoughts of NSTRS in literature information service model and literature development and utilization model, which was based on the study of the mainstream in literature information service model and literature development and utilization model, and the successful experience of National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of America.
