Abstract:According to the principle of setting up the index of water resources safety assessment,the reasonable and comprehensive index system of water resources safety assessment is established.In the field of panel data analysis,a grey evaluation model of water resources security is proposed based on the center triangular whitenization weight function. The method for determining the index weights is improved according to the principle of maximizing deviations of whitenization weight function.By using the grey time clustering coefficient to characterize the temporal dimension of panel data,thus the temporal characteristics of water safety assessment and the importance degree of the evaluation index are reflected. According to the water resources security evaluation results of 8 administrative regions in Qinghai Province,the reasonable and feasible of the model is verified.
