中国知网收录的科技管理学（G31）文献为28，516条文献，居学科前1‰高被引论文阈 值为78次，平均引文周期为13年，其中绩效评价是一个重要的研究领域。前1‰高被引论文第一 作者高级职称占53%，研究生和中级职称人员占47%。H指数在10以上有12人，占作者总数的52%。 作者发表年龄在39岁以下的占74%。居学科前1%高被引论文阈值为31次，位列前三名的高产机构 分别是浙江大学、清华大学和华南理工大学。

Abstract:

The papers on science and technology management（G31）included in Cnki is 28, 516, the threshold value of top 1‰ highly cited papers in this subject is 78, the average citation cycle is 13 years, of which the performance evaluation is an important research field. The number of first authors of top 1‰ highly cited papers who have senior professional titles accounts for 53%, graduates and intermediate professional titles account for 47%. 12 people’s H indexes are higher than 10, which accounts for 52% of the total amount of authors. The authors whose ages are under 39 account for 74%. the threshold value of top 1% highly cited papers in this subject is 31, Top 3 high yield institutions are Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, and South China University of Technology.
