[摘要]
本文构建了京津冀高技术产业技术创新效率评价模型与体系,基于综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率、规模报酬以及投影分析五个视角,从横向和纵向两个层面对 2005 年—2012年京津冀高技术产业技术创新效率进行静态与动态分析。结果发现:天津高技术产业整体技术创新效率最高,河北最低;具体行业技术创新效率三地区各有差异。最后对各评价结果进行分析,并从政府、产业、企业三个层面提出提高技术创新效率的建议措施,以达到创新资源优化配置。

This paperSconstructed aSmodel andSsystemSabout technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry of Beijing-tianjin-hebei,SbasedSon overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency,scale reward and Sprojection analysis.Then make an analysis from staticSand dynamic based on the data from 2005 to 2012 of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry of Beijing-tianjin-hebei from two aspects: horizontal and vertical. The results showed that technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry of Tianjin is highest and the efficiency of Hebei is lowest.
