异质化开放式创新情景中智力股权的运行机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Intellectual Equity in The Process of Heterogeneous Open Innovation

摘要:

“知本经济”时代,开放式创新逐渐成为企业创新主导模式。然而,异质化开放式创新的过程中,利益分配机制往往处于不合理的状态,无法激发各参与主体形成合力。为保证开放式创新的良性运转和发展,一个合理、高效、充满驱动力的利益分配机制亟需被构建。本文在前人研究的基础上,深入挖掘了智力股权这一概念的内涵,以其为基础设计出较为合理的异质化开放式创新的利益分配机制,构建了其基本的运行模式,并对未来知识产权证券化和智力股权的关系作了探讨。

Abstract:

In the era of knowledge-based economy,Open innovation is becoming the dominant mode of innovation for business.However,during the process of heterogeneous open innovation,the mechanism of distribution of interests is often in an unreasonable state,so all participants can not be inspired.In order to promopt the development of open innovation organisation and make it functiones well,a reasonable,efficiency and inspiring mechanism of distribution of interests should be created.Based on the previous research,this paper digs out the concept of intellectual equity,design a possible mechanism of distribution of interests which is based on it and describes how this mechanism works.what is more, the relationship between securitization of intellectual property and intellectual equity is also be discussed.
