我国中小企业自主创新能力评价及提升对策研究——基于中小板上市公司的实证分析

摘要:

借鉴国内外对中小企业自主创新能力评价指标体系的理论研究,构建适用于我国中小企业自主创新能力评价的指标体系,并基于156家中小板上市公司的数据资料,对其进行实证分析。研究表明：我国中小企业自主创新能力有了很大提升,浙江、广东、江苏、北京、上海、山东等省份的自主创新能力较其他省份更强。最后,基于实证分析存在的问题,提出了要加大研发投入、加强高素质人才引进和培养、加大政府支持力度等具体措施。

Abstract:

s: Referencing the theoretical study on the evaluation system of the ability of Self-innovation of SMEs from domestic and abroad, the paper constructs the SMEs self-innovation ability evaluation index system ,and make an empirical analysis based on the 156 SMEs’ date. Research shows that the self-innovation ability of our country has been improved a lot. The ability of Self-innovation of SMEs in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shandong are stronger than other provinces. Finally, based on the existing problems of empirical analysis, the paper proposes countermeasures, such as increasing R D investment, strengthening the quality of talent introduction and training, and strengthening the government support etc.
