基于D-S证据理论的城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评估研究

摘要:

随着智慧城市社区的建设和社区管理创新,民生科技服务于城市社区建设正成为城市社区建设和民生科技发展的一个亮点。研究基于民生科技对城市社区建设在社区安全、节能环保、健康卫生、生活便利和学习交流等方面发挥的功能和作用,提出了民生科技在城市社区建设中体现贡献绩效的主要因素,建立了城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评价指标体系,并采用D-S理论的分析方法,通过算例对天津市华苑社区民生科技的贡献绩效进行评价,为民生科技在城市社区的绩效评估提供支撑。

Abstract:

With the construction of smart city community and community management innovation, Science Technology for People’s Livelihood to serve the urban community construction is becoming a bright spot in the urban community construction and the development of Science Technology for People’s Livelihood. This paper is based on the function of Science technology for People"s Livelihood to construction of urban community in aspects of community safety, energy saving and environmental protection, health and sanitation, convenience of living, learning and communication, put forward the main contribution performance factors of Science technology for People"s Livelihood in the construction of urban community, establish the contribution performance evaluation system of Science technology for People"s Livelihood in the urban community, and adopt the analysis method of D-S evidence theory,through the calculation examples to evaluate contribution performance of Science technology for People"s Livelihood in the urban community, provid support for the contribution performance evaluation of Science technology for People"s Livelihood in the urban community.
