Policy Suggestions on Development of Angel Investment in China

摘要:

促进科技和金融相结合是实现经济创新驱动和转型发展的重要举措,中国政府鼓励天使投资发展,对提升科技创新能力和完善科技金融生态环境具有重要意义。本文重点从主体特征、过程分析、对象分析等维度对天使投资的行为进行了系统的研究,通过对中国天使投资发展现状的分析,提出了进一步促进天使投资发展的相关政策建议。

Abstract:

The integration of science and technology(S T)and finance is an important measure to achieve innovation-driven and transformational development of economy. Chinese government begins to promote the development of angel investment, which is of great significance for enhancing the capability of S T and improving the S T finance ecological environment. From the aspects of subject characteristics, the process analysis and object analysis, this paper systematically studies the angel investment behavior. Through the analysis of current situation of the development of angel investment in China, this paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions on further development of angel investment.
