加强体制机制创新 促进交叉学科人才培养

Enhance the System and Mechanism Innovation to Promote Interdisciplinary Talent Training

摘要:

目前国内高校已经开始开展交叉学科研究,促进交叉学科人才培养,推动产出原创性科研成果。但还需要进一步深化认识,站在当前推进高校综合体制改革、瞄准国际科研前沿和国内重大战略需求、培养大批优秀科研人才的高度统筹谋划,针对当前一些体制机制方面的弊端,在科研机构、管理体制、人事制度、考核评价机制、后勤保障机制等方面进行综合改革创新,促进交叉学科人才培养。

Abstract:

Colleges and universities in China currently aim at conducting interdisciplinary researches, training more interdisciplinary talents, and promoting the production of original scientific research results. However, the understanding of the above situation still needs to be deepened. Plans should be made in consideration of advancing the reform of colleges and universities’ comprehensive system, targeting at the needs of international scientific front and significant domestic strategies, and cultivating a large number of outstanding scientific research talents. Regarding several present organizational disadvantages, the overall reform and innovation ought to be carry forward in respects of research institutes, management and personnel system, as well as evaluation and logistic service mechanism, so as to train more interdisciplinary talents.
