Abstract:

The comprehensive deepening reform is a complex systems engineering. The comprehensive deepening reform needs the scientific methodology to support. The paper proposes to establish "reform system engineering" discipline, and puts forward some views and understanding about the meaning to create "reform system engineering discipline, the research object and content of reform system engineering" discipline, the relationship between discipline and related discipline, several important research areas and how to construct this discipline, in order to cause the relevant researchers" attention and discussion.
