煤炭企业生态技术创新动力运行模式及评价研究*

Study on dynamic operating mode and evaluation of ecological technology innovation for coal enterprise

摘要:

生态技术创新是煤炭企业转变经济增长方式、实现资源节约和环境保护的重要途径。在界定煤炭企业生态技术创新含义的基础上,分析了煤炭企业生态技术创新的内部动力要素与外部动力要素,揭示了诸动力要素驱动煤炭企业生态技术创新的运行方式。从内部动力与外部动力两个方面,构建了煤炭企业生态技术创新动力评价指标体系,建立了基于模糊综合评价方法的煤炭企业生态技术创新动力评价模型。实证结果表明：建立的综合评价模型能够合理地对煤炭企业生态技术创新动力水平进行判断。

Abstract:

Ecological technology innovation is the important way to change the economic growth mode, realize resource conservation and environmental protection. On the basis of defining the meaning of dynamic of ecological technology innovation for coal enterprise, this paper analyses the internal and external dynamics elements and reveals the way how the dynamics elements relate and interact, and drive ecological technology innovation for coal enterprise. After constructed the index system of evaluation of ecological technology innovation dynamic for coal enterprise, an evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established. The result shows that the established comprehensive evaluation model can judge the level of ecological technology innovation dynamic for coal enterprise.
