基于剖析行业发展现状和梳理全球价值链治理文献,指出了当前阻碍中国电子通讯制造企业向全球价值链高端升级并实施主导性治理的主要因素;从物流及品牌能力、研发能力两个视角有针对性地提出了中国企业进行全球价值链治理的升级路线。研究发现,两条升级路线都能克服多重治理障碍,通达自有品牌制造的高端领域,实现中国企业的全球价值链高端治理。最后,根据升级路线选择而给出了治理对策建议。

Based on industry development situation analysis and global value chain governance literatures review, major factors were pointed out, which currently hindered high-end upgrading and implementing dominance governance of Chinese enterprises along GVC. From the perspectives of logistics and brand ability, and R D ability, upgrading paths were put forward for global value chain governance. Studies have found that China"s electrommunication product manufacturing industry could overcome governance obstacles, reach high-end field of own brand manufacturing, and realize global value chain high-end governance through two upgrading paths. Finally, governance countermeasures were given according to two upgrading paths selection.
