政产学研协同创新的演化博弈分析

Analysis on Evolutionary Game of Government-Industry-University-Institute Cooperative Innovation

摘要:

协同创新对推动经济发展“新常态”有着重要的作用。本文构建了企业、学研方以及政府三者的演化博弈模型，分析了协同创新主体合作稳定性机制，得出企业与学研方是否选择积极合作与两组参数值的大小密切相关;政府作为利益主体纳入到产学研博弈模型中，会降低协同创新合作的稳健性等结论。在此分析的基础上，提出促进政产学研协同创新的政策建议。

Abstract:

Collaborative innovation plays an important role in promoting the economic de-velopment of the “new normal”.An evolutionary game model of “goverment-industry-university-institute”cooperative innovation is established in this paper.The collaborative innovationof cooperaive stability mechanism is analysised.The paper obtains some conclusions,such as industry and university-institutes’ choice depends on the comparision of parameter values.Adding the government who is the body of economic interests to the game model willreduce the robustness of collaborative innovation cooperation.According to these conclusio-ns,the paper puts forward some policy recommendations which can promote the “goverment-industry-university-institute”cooperativeinnovation effectively.
