广东省区域科技创新能力评价研究

A Study of Evaluation on Regional Science and Technology Innovation Ability in GuangDong Province

摘要:

通过构建广东省区域科技创新能力评价指标体系,应用灰色关联度方法,评价了2000-2013年广东省的区域科技创新能力。实证分析发现：广东区域科技创新能力呈稳步上升趋势,但科技成果的产出率欠佳、知识交流不充分、劳动者素质提升较慢、产品国际竞争力不高、环境效益有待提高等具体问题不容忽视。为了提高广东区域科技创新能力,提出了相应的政策措施。

Abstract:

183: This paper establishes an evaluation index system, then using Grey Correlation Grade analysis theory evaluates regional science and technology innovation ability of Guang Dong province during 2000-2013. Empirical analysis indicates that the ability of regional scientific and technological innovation in GuangDong province shows a steady upward trend, and at the same time the problems can not be ignored ,such as low output efficiency of scientific achievements,insufficiency knowledge exchange , too slow promotion of Slaborer"s quality , low international competitiveness of products and so on . In order to enhance the ability of regional scientific and technological innovation in GuangDong province,at the last part of this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
