基于长三角经济带发展的上海科技创新中心建设对策

上海科技创新中心建设，对于增强自主创新能力、加快经济发展方式转变、提高长三角经济带发展竞争力和建设创新型国家意义重大，是我国城市发展转型的内在要求。从城市集群的角度，定性分析长三角经济带开展科技创新合作的基础与优势，结合目前上海科技创新中心在长三角城市集群中所处的地位，制定上海借力长三角建设具有全球影响力科技创新中心的目标，提出依托长三角经济带推动上海科技创新中心建设的路径与对策。

Abstract:

The construction of Shanghai science and technology innovation center makes great sense on strengthening independent innovation ability, speeding up the transformation of economic development patterns, improving the competitive ability of Yangtze river delta economic zone and constructing an innovative country. It is the inner requirement of urban development transformation in our country. From the angle of the urban cluster, it qualitatively analyzes the basis and advantages of Yangtze river delta economic zone on science and technology innovation cooperation. Combining the Shanghai science and technology innovation center's position in the Yangtze river delta urban cluster, it sets goals of Shanghai to construct a global science and technology innovation center based on the Yangtze river delta. Then it puts forward the path and countermeasures of the construction of the Shanghai science and technology innovation center relying on the Yangtze river delta economic zone.
