基于RJVs的我国中小企业自主创新能力影响因素研究

梳理文献发现,基于研究联合体(RJVs)视角研究中小企业自主创新能力的理论分析框架,可为我国中小企业提升自主创新能力提供一种新的理论支撑。本文通过多案例分析法和扎根理论,以中兴通讯公司、荣事达集团、赛特斯集团、宏微科技公司为例,研究RJVs视角下中小企业自主创新能力的影响因素。研究表明：研发实力、企业家精神、研发阻力、研发市场需求、合作主体以及合作意愿是影响中小企业RJVs自主创新能力的六个主要因素。基于此,文章最后构建了基于RJVs的我国中小企业自主创新能力影响因素模型。

Abstract:

Through combing the literature, the paper finds that studying theoretical framework of SMEs independent innovation capability based on the research perspective of RJVs can provide a new theoretical support for improving the independent innovation capability of our country’s SMEs.Through using multiple cases study and grounded theory, This paper takes ZTE, RoyalstarSgroup, CertusSgroup andSMacmic company as examples and researches the influencing factors of SMEs independent innovation capability based on the perspective of RJVs. The research shows that: R D Strength, Entrepreneurship, R D Resistance, R D Market Requirement, Cooperation Subject and Cooperation Intention are six main factors which can affect the independent innovation capability of SMEs based on RJVs .Based on this, the paper finally builds the influencing factors model of SMEs independent innovation capability based on RJVs .
