个体、种群及环境对科技型小微企业成长的影响研究

A Study of the Growth Mechanism of Technology-based Small Firms：From Perspective of Individual, Population and Macro Environmental Iimpact

摘要:

影响科技型小微企业成长的个体和环境要素经由问卷调查法和访谈法来识别,同时从组织生态学的个体、种群和环境三方面对科技型小微企业的影响因素进行探究。其中个体因素囊括了资源和能力,宏观因素涵盖了集群和发展环境。基于以上研究,建立适于科技型小微企业的成长系统模型,展现其成长过程——个体成长过程、种群和群落的演变过程、周边环境对成长的影响过程。针对我国科技型小微企业的发展现状和成长影响的研究现状,发现有待改进的微观和宏观问题,提出具体的意见和建议,作为科技型小微企业发展和决策的参考。

Abstract:

Identify the internal and external influences of the technology-based small firms growing by questionnaires and interviews. At the same time, Exploring the influences from the angle of an ecological entity,populations and communities. The internal influences include resources and capabilities, and the external influences include the cluster and development environment. Based on the above, the model of growth mechanism was suitable for technology-based small firms to show the developing process of technology-based small firms,which included the individual growth process, the evolution of populations and communities, the surrounding environment affecting process. In view of the development status of technology-based small firms , this paper research the growth mechanism of technology-based small firms to find the micro and macro issues improved. All the specific comments and suggestions can be reference when the leader makes decision.
