与以往的网络关系强度与创新的关系研究不同,本文提出了一个全新的不同行为主体关系强度要素配置的构建模型,试图揭示出创新绩效不是依赖于某一类行为主体的关系强度,而是依赖于不同类型主体的关系强度要素配置,其中与不同主体的关系强度水平不同。本文以北京中关村科技园167家企业为研究对象,采用代表架构理论的QCA方法,对构建模型进行了实证检验。研究结果显示,关系强度要素配置的3个条件组合构成了创新绩效提升的充分条件;其中,与行业内企业保持强关系是提升创新绩效的必要条件。本研究结论说明了网络结构中不同行为主体间关系强度要素的互相关联性是提升创新绩效的一个重要考量。同时,本研究发现对企业创新网络关系的科学管理和创新开发战略等实践活动具有一定的指导意义。

Different from previous study of tie strength and innovation,a brand-new configuration model of tie strength combinations of different network actors is proposed, which intends to disclose that improvement of innovation performance depends on combinations of tie strengths of different types of actors in a network instead of one type of actor’s tie strength. And the strength of ties with different actors in a network varies. Based on 167 firms in Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Park, it employs QCA, a representative method of configuration theory, to make an empirical study of the configuration model. Its findings implies that there are 3 combinations of different types of actors’ tie strength ,which constitutes sufficient conditions for improvement of innovation performance, and strong tie with firms in the sector is a necessary condition for innovation performance. The study prove that inter-relationship among different actors is an important factor to consider. Meanwhile, the findings have practical implications for scientific management of relationship among different actors in a network and innovation development strategy-making.
