我国信息化发展水平的国际比较研究

International comparative research on informational development level of China

摘要:

经济发展水平与信息化密切相关,中国在做到成为信息化大国的同时也要努力成为信息化强国。文章对我国信息化发展水平的现状和存在问题进行了分析,运用散点图和聚类分析方法对我国信息化发展阶段和发展水平进行了评价研究。此外,还构建非线性模型对世界主要国家信息化发展情况进行了拟合分析,对我国信息化发展趋势做了深入剖析,预测中国信息化要达到美国当前水平需要用15年左右时间。

Abstract:

The economic development level has closed relationship with informatization, so China must be a information country not only big but also strong in information. This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of the informatization development, studied the stage and level of information by Scatter diagram and clustering method. Furthermore, we build a nonlinear model based on the two variables of IDI and GNI in most of countries around the world and deeply analyzed the information development tendency of China, predicted that the gap between China and the United States in information has about 15 years.
