再生资源回收物流工程是国务院确定的我国物流业发展重点工程。文章从我国再生资源回收物流市场发展的顶层设计视角出发,首先概括分析了再生资源回收物流的特点,继而提出再生资源回收物流市场发展的宏观促进策略,和市场架构要素的微观促进策略,还对市场发展的风险提出了应对控制策略。文章的目标是为我国再生资源回收物流市场发展初步探索出一套完整的促进策略体系。研究成果有助于推动我国再生资源回收物流产业的健康发展。

Abstract:

Renewable resource recycling logistics project is the key project for the development of China’s logistics industry that the State Council determinates. From top-level design perspective of China’s renewable resource recycling logistics market development, the paper summarizes and analyzes firstly the characteristics of renewable resource recycling logistics, then provides macro-strategy to promote renewable resource recycling logistics market development, and micro-strategy to promote market structure elements, also the risk control strategy of market development. The objective of this paper is to develop primarily a complete set of promotion strategy system for the development of China"s renewable resource recycling logistics market. Research result is helpful to promote the healthy development of China"s renewable resource recycling logistics industry.
