众包正成为越来越多企业所采用的合作创新模式之一。本文首先介绍了众包模式产生的背景,分析了众包模式的特征,在此基础上,提出了基于众包模式的技术研发服务平台的系统架构；从商业模式的构成要素视角,详细研究了众包模式在技术研发服务平台中的应用,分析了众包模式在技术研发服务平台中应用的利益相关者,构建了相应的服务过程,设计了平台的业务处理流程,提出了相应的盈利方式。

Crowdsourcing as an cooperation innovation model is being used widely. The background and its characteritics of crowdsourcing are analyzed. Based on that，the framework for the application of crowdsoucing in technology research & development service platform is put forward. And then from the aspect of construction factors of business model, the methods to apply crowdsourcing in technology research & development service platform are investigated in detail. Stakeholders of the crowdsourcing platform are discussed. Service processes are constructed. Business processes are designed. And profit modes are also given out.
