【内容】广东传统产业中小企业处于创新实现转型升级的重要时期。我国台湾地区在产业创新实现转型升级过程中,把传统制造业工厂转型升级为“观光工厂”,延伸和拓展了传统产业的价值空间,重塑传统制造业竞争力,为推动台湾制造业重构产业链条,与服务业紧密结合提供了支持。文章在分析台湾“观光工厂”的现状和特点,梳理其做法和培育模式的基础上,提出广东中小企业提高制造业服务化战略转型意识、出台并完善配套政策措施、推进中小企业创新发展、促进产业环节创新升级等建议。

Guangdong traditional industry small and medium enterprises (SEMs)are in an important period of transformation and upgrading. In the Taiwan industrial transformation and upgrading process, Taiwan made traditional manufacturing industry into tourism factory,extended and expanded the value space of traditional industries, reshaped traditional manufacturing industry competitiveness, provided support for promoting the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Taiwan. The paper based on the analysis of Taiwan “ tourism factory”status and characteristics,combing the practice and cultivation mode, suggested that Guangdong Traditional SMEs should improve strategy transformation awareness of manufacturing servitization,introduce and improve the supporting policies and measures,promote innovation and development of SMEs,propel innovation and upgrading of industrial links,etc.
