在跨组织网络备受关注的今日,结构洞已成为企业必须重视的问题。基于国内外结构洞研究的最新进展,在梳理相关文献的基础上,对结构洞的内涵,研究方法,测量,与作用机制进行了阐释,并提出了结构洞研究框架。这既为中国情境下的结构洞研究提出理论依据和启示,也指出了该领域未来的研究方向。

Abstract:

For the great attention received by the interorganizational networks, structural holes have been considered as an important problem by firms. Based on the latest progress in the studies of structural holes, our paper carries on a literature review, illuminates the intension, research method, measurement and mechanism, and proposes the research framework of structural holes. That not only provides the theoretical foundation and inspiration of structural holes research in the Chinese context, but also points out the direction of future research in this field.
