Abstract:Adopting reasonable program management mechanism is key to the success of the program. However, the traditional push management mechanism focuses on the completion of the single project , but does not take earnings benefits as purposes of program implement, as well as ignoring the role of business changes , which leads to that the program cannot effectively achieve its vision . To solve this problem, this paper sets up a program management mechanisms according to the life circle of program management based on benefits management theory, and discusses its core modules and critical control points. Finally, we use Tianjin old buildings renovation program for the sample case to verify the model . Research findings provide theoretical guidance and reference for the program management to maximize the synergy benefits realization.
