广东高校科技创新能力评价——基于2006—2013年高等学校科技统计数据的分析

Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Capability of Guangdong Universities—Based on Analysising of S & T Statistics from Year 2006 to 2013

摘要:

基于2006年至2013年我国《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》的统计数据进行分析,运用文献分析法和因子分析法,对广东27所公办本科院校的科技人力资源、科技经费、科技论文、成果鉴定、技术转让、获奖成果等科技创新能力评价指标进行了比较研究,提出了科技资源配置出现的问题,旨在为加快推进广东高校科研管理体制机制改革、提升广东高校科技创新能力提供思路。

Abstract:

Based on analysising of the statistics of “compilation of S & T statistics” from year 2006 to 2013, using of literature analysis and factor analysis to comparing the science and technology human resources, science and technology funds, scientific papers, achievement appraisal , transfer of technology, the award-winning results, and other scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation index of 27 public colleges in Guangdong province, proposed the allocation problems of scientific and technological resource, aimed at speeding up the reform of scientific and technological institutes of higher learning management system and mechanism, offer ideas on enhancing scientific and technological innovation capacity of Guangdong Universities.
