Affected Factors of the Effectiveness about the Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Mechanism from the Perspective of Utility Theory

摘要:

产学研协同创新是充分发挥高校和科研院所知识累积优势,提升企业研发能力的重要途径。本文针对现有理论解释产学研协同创新机制有效性的不足,从效用理论视角系统剖析产学研协同创新机制有效性的影响因素,并在此基础上构建了系统动力学模型。仿真结果表明：创新主体主客观效用差异越小,协同创新机制越有效；IT能力、地理位置邻近性对隐性知识供需匹配度具有显著正向影响,其中IT能力的影响更强,隐性知识供需匹配度对产学研协同创新机制有效性具有显著正向影响；创新主体间关系嵌入机制,即信任机制对产学研协同创新机制稳定性系统和协同创新机制的有效性具有显著正向影响,关系连带对隐性知识转移子系统和协同创新机制有效性具有显著正向影响；创新主体间文化相似性对产学研协同创新机制稳定性系统和协同创新机制的有效性具有显著正向影响。

Abstract:

Industry-university-research collaborative innovation is an important way to give full play of knowledge accumulation advantage of universities and research institutes, to enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises. The paper analyzes the influencing factors of industry-university-research collaborative innovation from the perspective of utility theory, constructs the system dynamic models. The results show that: the difference between the subjective and objective effectiveness of innovators is less, the collaborative innovation mechanism is more effective; IT capability and geographic location proximity have a significant positive impact on tacit knowledge supply-demand matching degree, among which IT capacity has more affect, and tacit knowledge supply-demand matching degree has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of the mechanisms for collaborative innovation and research; innovation subjects’ relationship embedding mechanisms, namely trust mechanism, has a significant positive impact on system stability of collaborative innovation research mechanism and the effectiveness of collaborative innovation research mechanism, the relationship has a significant positive impact on tacit knowledge transfer subsystems and the effectiveness of collaborative innovation mechanisms; cultural similarities between subjects have a significant positive impact on system stability of collaborative innovation research mechanism and the effectiveness of collaborative innovation research mechanism.
