Abstract:Large number of expensive scientific instruments in our country exist "three low" phenomenon in actual use: "low management level, low degree of sharing, the use of low efficiency". It is necessary to build a Large Scientific Instruments Resource Sharing Platform to solve the "three low" problem .This paper make a deep analysis into the operation mechanism of Chongqing Large Scientific Instruments Resource Sharing Platform which have been running these years and discusses its main problems . In connection with the own characteristics of instruments’ testing services, we can use the O2O (Online to Offline) commercial operation mode for reference by reforming or optimizing the platform’s operation mechanism .The new operation mechanism of Chongqing Large Scientific Instruments Resource Sharing Platform can provide an important reference and demonstration for the country to solve the "three low" problem.
