Abstract:Effective operation management is an important guarantee to realize the sustainable development of public science and technology service platform, strengthening the process management is helpful to realize the service tracking and improve the service quality. Based on review the theory research and practices of the platform operation management, the article pointed out same problems, such as the quality varies greatly, the demand for difficult to meet, low efficiency, lack of motivation. From the perspective of the whole process of scientific and technological services, be aimed at user needs, service docking, professional services, and the results of feedback, construction the standard management including the standard system, information sharing, open collaboration and benefit drive. Finally, a case study of the scientific and technological innovation service platform of Yunnan province SEMs is carried out.
