Abstract:The quality and development level of research teams in research-oriented universities directly reflect their abilities to serve the national innovation-driven development strategy and to construct national innovation system. Research assistant teams provide important support for research teams, ensuring that the research teams operate at high scientific and technological (S T) innovation level, make good returns on their investment, and produce important S T innovation results. In this paper, we analyze not only the significance of constructing the high-level research assistant teams, but also some currently existing problems, such as unreasonable team management model and incomplete team security system, etc. Corresponding suggestions for the future development and management of research assistant teams are also put forward.
