Research and Suggestions on the Construction of the High-level Research Assistant Teams in Research-oriented Universities

摘要:

当前形势下,研究型大学的科研团队发展水平和质量直接反映了其服务国家创新体系建设和创新驱动发展战略的能力。随着国家科研投入的持续增加和国家科技计划管理改革的深入,科研助理队伍逐渐成为研究型大学科研团队开展高水平科技创新的重要支撑,在保障团队科研人员的科研投入、促进团队科技创新工作的顺利开展等方面发挥了重要的作用。本文总结分析了当前研究型大学高水平科研助理队伍建设的重要性,指出了其在建设中存在的管理模式不合理和保障体系不健全等相关问题,并对其今后的发展和管理提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:

The quality and development level of research teams in research-oriented universities directly reflect their abilities to serve the national innovation-driven development strategy and to construct national innovation system. Research assistant teams provide important support for research teams, ensuring that the research teams operate at high scientific and technological (S T) innovation level, make good returns on their investment, and produce important S T innovation results. In this paper, we analyze not only the significance of constructing the high-level research assistant teams, but also some currently existing problems, such as unreasonable team management model and incomplete team security system, etc. Corresponding suggestions for the future development and management of research assistant teams are also put forward.
