广东省创新型产业集群发展现状、特征及对策建议

摘要:

在创新驱动发展战略的推动下,广东省目前已有电子信息、互联网、生物医药等创新型产业集群,在新一代信息技术、生物产业、高端设备制造和新材料产业上取得了不错的发展,产业集聚度高,建设了大量的创新平台,有一定的创新水平,广深两地初步形成了创新集群的雏形。但是对比国内外先进的创新型产业集群,广东省的创新型产业集群的发展存在创新平台功能单一、高层次人才不足、部分地区创新效率波动大等问题。基于此提出了相关的六点对策建议。

At present, under the impetus of the innovation-driven development strategy, there are electronic information, Internet, and other innovative biomedical industry cluster in Guangdong Province. The new generation of information technology, bio-industry, high-end equipment manufacturing and new materials industries made a good development, industry concentration is high, the construction of a large number of innovation platform, there is a certain level of innovation, Guangzhou and Shenzhen initial formation of innovation clusters prototype. But comparing the advanced and innovative industrial clusters, there are innovative platform features a single, high-level talent shortage in some areas, such as innovation and efficiency of large fluctuations in Guangdong Development of innovative industrial clusters. Six relevant suggestions are made based on this conclusion.
