在创新型产业持续发展的背景下,基于广州开发区个性化医疗与生物医药创新型产业集群的实证,构建了社会网络关系特征、组织学习、创新绩效间的模型。研究表明,社会网络关系特征对组织学习和创新绩效都有着正向影响;组织学习对创新绩效有着显著的正向影响,并在社会网络关系特征影响创新绩效中起到了中介作用;适应性学习能明显的促进创造性学习;创新型产业集群中协同创新平台、技术交流会等有利于组织学习的活动能有效促进企业创新绩效。基于此我们提出相关的三点启示。

The article is in the context of sustainable development of innovative industries, based on Guangzhou Development Zone of personalized medicine biomedical innovation and industrial clusters. We build the model between the social network characteristics, organizational learning and innovation performance. The empirical study discovery: social networking features for organizational learning and innovation performance have a positive impact; organizational learning on innovation performance has significant positive impact and influence in the social networking innovation performance characteristics play an intermediary role; adaptive learning enterprises can promote creative learning.; creative innovation platform and technical seminars for organizational learning can effectively promote the enterprise innovation performance. Based on this conclusion we propose three inspirations related.
