Abstract:Abstract: Affected by the financial crisis in 2008, Guangdong manufacturing enterprises, located in the bird began to transplant the smile curve theory thought to carry out the enterprise transformation, export processing and manufacturing from export-oriented to domestic and export, and the relation between brand development and upgrade of enterprise transformation. But how is the microscopic practice of the enterprise transformation? From 2014 to 2015, through on-the-spot investigation more than ten typical manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong province, the authors found along the smile curve of enterprise transformation is failure. The failure of the smile curve is mainly manifested in the current enterprise transformation is not along the smile curve making low-end brand OEM to OBM, R&D or ODM upgrade, but in the basis of OEM to refine and subsoil intelligent manufacture. Manufacturing of reengineering need social capital, cultural capital and symbol capital support beside economic capital. Manufacturing transformation need a complete set of social transformation, to constructing large manufacturing and new society. The author calls the theoretical circle and the industrial attache importance to the practice logic of manufacturing enterprises, and mix together the refine production and the manufacturing informatization for the enterprises. We should break through the status of the two layers skin of the Internet + and depth of the manufacturing as soon as possible, and realize IT hardware converting, life to IT converting, drive the transformation of the whole society by the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
