清洁发展机制(CDM)项目是通过发达国家提供低碳技术与资金而建设的减排项目,它作为低碳技术的载体是我国实现低碳发展的重要途径。中国是CDM项目的大国,为了研究CDM项目在我国分布的区域差异性,首先用聚类法将中国30个省市分为5类区域。然后对各区域2005-2013年CDM项目数量与其技术投入、经济发展及产业结构的关联进行研究。结果显示:技术投入对CDM项目分布的影响为负,区域项目数量越多则技术投入的影响越大;经济发展对CDM项目分布则有正向的影响,经济水平越高的区域对环境改善的需求越大从而更愿意投资CDM项目;而产业结构对CDM项目分布的影响亦为正并且是造成CDM项目分布区域差异性的主要原因,区域产业结构中第二产业比重越大则CDM项目的数量越多。

The clean development mechanism project is emission reduction project supported by low-carbon technology and capital from developed countries,it has been seen as the carrier of low-carbon technology and an important way of achieving low-carbon development in China.China has plenty of CDM projects, this paper aimed at studying the regional differences of its distribution. The study firstly classifies the countries into 5 regions by using clustering analysis.Secondly analyzing the relationships between number of CDM projects and technology input,economic level,industry structure during the year of 2005-2013.The results indicate that the technology input negatively affects the distribution of CDM projects across regions,the more CDM projects the greater the influences.However,the economic level plays a positive role,the more developed the region,the more environmental needs from its residents,so the more the region invests in CDM projects.The industry structure is the main cause of regional differences of CDM projects distribution and has a positive role,which means the higer the secondary industry ratios the more CDM projects the region has.
