以1559篇科技金融文献和1975篇科技型中小企业文献为研究对象,运用文献计量、描述统计与“CiteSpaceⅢ”可视化文献分析软件相结合的“数—形”分析方法,以交叉学科为研究视角,打破了以往对单一研究领域可视化分析的范式。通过对文献的计量分析、学科及核心期刊分布网络的量化分析、高产作者及研究机构合作网络的共现分析及研究前沿热点的趋势分析,揭示了我国科技金融与科技型中小企业协同发展演进的规律,构建了科技金融服务科技型中小企业的运行机制,以期对我国科技金融未来发展方向及科技型中小企业融资发展研究提供有益启示。

Combining Bibliometrics, descriptive statistics and visual analysis tool "CiteSpace III", the paper takes the cross discipline about sci-tech finance and sci-tech SEMs as the research perspective, which has broken the previous paradigm of visual analysis in single research field. The paper analyzes the patterns of publication outputs, subject area and core journals, core author and research institution, the hot spot and research frontier. It intends to service with the purpose of helping researchers who can find the evolution law of the coordinated development of sci-tech finance and sci-tech SEMs, and constructs the work path of sci-tech finance service for sci-tech SEMs. Aim to provide useful insights for the development of sci-tech finance and sci-tech SEMs financing development in our country.
