Abstract:

In this paper we divide Tibet's regional ethnic and cultural elements into 4 types by two dimensions of which are characteristics and survival state of knowledge, to build knowledge transferring circulation path model which can promote the stock of traditional cultural elements to generate incremental creative cultural achievements. The purpose of this paper is to clear the paths and mechanisms of the development of traditional regional ethnic and cultural resources by emerging technologies. By refining and mining implicit experience and values from the stock of traditional cultural elements, implanting and combining with emerging and media technology, then learning from the successful experience of the classic creative cultural products, we can gradually introduce and test the phased creative results. Through the accumulation of these newborn creative cultural achievements, we can constantly enrich, protect and inherit the content and form of traditional regional national culture.
