大数据技术能拓宽公共危机信息采集渠道、提升公共危机信息处理能力和优化公共危机信息传播情势。当前,大数据时代背景下农村公共危机管理信息化建设仍存在系列问题：信息基础建设滞后、信息资源建设水平低、信息化共享程度不高、信息化传播渠道不畅。因此,须从如下方面入手进行完善：统筹规划大数据时代农村公共危机管理的信息化建设；全面布局危机信息基础设施建设；有效提升危机信息资源建设水平；整合资源强化危机信息共享程度；官民合作促进危机信息有序传播。
